Right now, the average college student leaves school with $30,000 in loan debt. This should be unacceptable to everyone because when our generation gets set back financially, our overall economy takes a hit. It didn't used to be this way. Young people could go to school, work a summer job, and pay for classes.

With the 2016 presidential election around the corner, young people across the country have an opportunity to change this. Already, candidates have expressed concern for rising debt levels. It's up to us—the generation burdened by debt—to speak up now. Together, we can get the candidates to commit to tackling this problem if elected.

On Monday, July 13th at 3pm ET, you're invited to join our Young Invincible's #MillennialMon Twitter chat, where they'll talk about solutions to the debt crisis!
